Mist noticed and ate the berries. She smiled at him and went back to eating.

Eagle looked over at Cherry. "There's a caterpillar on you. " He said.
Atlas smiled shyly. He went back to eating his own berries.
Cherry looked at where Eagle was looking. The caterpillar was trying to crawl into her frizzled feathers. She pecked at it and it fell on the ground. She ate it before it could squirm away. She giggled about what just happened.

Ash laughed as cherry ate the caterpillar.
Mist preened her shiny feathers, hoping the cockerels would notice. The glints of beetle-green on her mostly-black coloring shone in the sunlight.
Eagle glanced over at Ash. Her fiery feathers were lit up by the light. If he couldn't have Flower, maybe it was for the best, he thought.
Atlas was about to tidbit for somebody when his eye caught on Mist's beautiful feathers.
Cherry looked over at Eagle. She noticed how he looked like he was paying lots of attention to her. The light disappeared from her eyes.
