because domestics are bullies, they will run, chase and eventually starve them to death, regardless of sex. Same with ducklings, worse with males, males will also mix breed anything you have, or at best prevent the correct males from breeding. Domestics of any breed or sex or age are no no 's when mixing in a waterfowl collection with migratorys. They are also much nastier, and can cause more disease problems in your pens. The domestics are for the most part immune to it from centuries of captive dirty pens, where as migratorys, while tuff little buggers, are not naturally use to be in less than pristine conditions.
