any will work, depends on what you are getting and what kind of animals you have in your area. If you plan on small teal 1 inch mesh will be needed, if not 2 will be fine.
For all mine I have just used normal chicken wire over the years with no problems at all for the sides, and 2 inch netting on top, netting is a must, wire will break their necks if or when they fly up into it.
if you want to get strnger go with welded wire, but it gets expensive, but is more durable and stronger, and electric fence around the bottom if you have critter problems in your area.

Hopefully they come in tommorrow. I will post pics here when they do. Had my first manderin egg this morning in one of the boxes. Sure is hard to find out any info on the magellans .Fortunately from what the person I bought them from told me pretty standard geese care, have a great attitude and I'm glad of that. It is strange that you dont see or hear much of these birds as they are easy to sex (males white with black legs and females brown with yellow legs) also of note is some people call them Upland geese . Also a lesser and a greater magellan are one in the same unlike different sub-species of the canadians. I also found out there is such a thing as quiet geese and here they are. The price range varies more than any waterfowl I know going between 3 to 6 hundred. Dont know why that is either. I just love em for their colours. but found all these other attributes interesting as well.
