I've done a number on my toes because I ware flip-flops to do chickening things. Last time I slipped in the mude and sliced my big toe on hardware cloth.

My husband fusses at me when I do chicken chores in flip flops. lol

Cold front moving in earlier now. Temps supposed to start dropping the 2nd half of today. Tomorrow high of 37° with 40mph winds dipping wind chills to the teens at times. Yeah fun.
2 cold days and well below freezing nights then a steady climb back to low 60s for a few.

Same here but not as cold. We do drop below freezing 2 nights in a row. Camper life

That’s awesome! Keep encouraging him. No matter how much I loved hunting I couldn’t get my kids to love it. Tell him there’s a redneck down in MS giving him a huge Hi 5 with a fist bump on the side!

And here is proof chickens are not vegetarian. They were eating blood and guts from where we gutted my son’s deer this morning.

Aww thank you! He is on cloud 9 this morning. Definitely a big man now. He is hooked, a hunter for life. If he can kill it or catch it, it’s game on.
