The Moonshiner's Leghorns

Project help Kiki.

That one wasn't bad. We get complicated next time. I could use a black rooster over those hens and end up with 12 usable varieties.
Or better a solid lavender rooster over those hens and ended up with 24 varieties.

That is Why I am interested on your breeding project, for a long time Ive been wondering if the 55 flowery males are nearly solid whitte due to Sex linked dilute, there is really no other breed tha combines barring and mottling to make real comparison, but I have seen pics of double barred candy corn polish and they are not white.

edit. It would appear that candy corn polish dont have mottling... Any other breed with mottling and barring for comparison?
Ancobars

Unfortunate they don’t include the Ancona in this article http://www.aviculture-europe.nl/nummers/18E04A03.pdf
They make only one Reference about Anconas and Ancobars(Autosexing Anconas)

Edit.

I was able to find the reference of Ancobars(Who created them and what cross was used, the date and old picture) From: Genetics of the Fowl: The Classic Guide to Chicken Genetics and Poultry Breeding https://books.google.com.ni/books?id=xE25CwAAQBAJ&printsec=frontcover#v=onepage&q&f=false

Ancobars.jpg

It would appear that the breed is extinct now.

Thanks, have you seen recent pictures of them, many years ago I saw a picture in black and white of them, but can't seem to find it now
