Just look at the beautiful pictures in this thread
They are pretty...but they are so flighty! The three I have are so skittish. They are brown. I am thinking of keeping the darkest one and selling the other two. I've never had white egg layers or high production birds because I'm just not into that but I was hoping there was something I was missing...like that they get less skittish over time lol. Also I don't have a way to really free range them so I am afraid they will be bored to death living in my backyard run.

I've learned if you feed them all they want, they tend to feel too full to flap around constantly

Mine will happily eat from my hand

But I don't pick mine up and cuddle them... not good birds of you want something to cuddle
