I was also guessing Splash Mottled. There's just so much white.
I haven't pulled chicks out of the hatchers yet but it sure looked like 6 had hatched. 4 black mottled and 2 blue mottled. So.......

I’m going to say Splash Mottled. So if all your chicks hatched Blue Mottled, that settles it.

That's my guess too, especially with only 6 chicks hatched

Correct. Well unless one hatches black or blue and not mottled but I'm thinking with 6 for 6 that isn't likely.

Moony, how do you tell the differences between mottled, non mottled and heterozygous as chicks? I've got one Java mix that should be heterozygous for mottling, but it looks just like mottled mama did as a chick and the other one doesn't look like thar

I had three chicks that were supposed to be Black Mottled x Lavender. All chicks were black, two were solid, only one had visible mottling. They threw Mottled Lavenders. Looked just like my Black chicks. I had to band them.
