I think there are a few ppl still hiding that I haven't sniffed out that breed leghorns

You said a few years. 10 years is way more than a few!

Okay maybe they still have chickens from that line.

Well the date is on the pictures.....

I'm struggling to find anything with nice yellow legs at the moment....

I can get whites and browns with yellow legs.... anything outside that the legs go whiteish..

Meh, I didn't click on them to look closely.

That seems to be a problem here with a lot of colors too.

What I have noticed is the more free range time the chicken gets the yellower the legs..... is it a diet thing??

I stumbled into a UK site similar to Craigslist once, that had locals listing their Leghorn chicks and eggs for sale.Cuckoo,Crele,Black,etc.
Trying to find it again.

I think I've heard that it can be. Not sure how true that is though.

It does affect them. Egg laying will pull the yellow out also.
When mine free ranged they had bright yellow legs but in the breeder pens while laying heavy they get really dull without much color.
Sometimes I can have a pen and one or two will be really bright. You can bet those aren't laying often.
Anything said to darken yolks when fed will also brighten the yellow shanks.
