The Moonshiner's Leghorns

This question is for everyone.

Why do all the Phoenix chickens look so similar to a leghorn but with the fancy tail?

Asking cause I have my suspicion.
Pretty sure they came from the samr time pwriod and close countries (I think Italy for the Leghorn and I know Europe for pheonixes [not sure which exact country off the top of my head]

The last hen has the unproper tail transition. The tail angle is so high and back is so short the tail appears to sprout from the middle of the back. It should sweep from the back, not grow from it.
I have two pictures of the same Silver and to the rookie looks like he has short back on one and long back on the other.

The Leghorn back should be rather long. That said, the “tail swoop” should start in the center of the back (achieved by cushions/tail coverts) so the back appears to be shorter and more concave. The main and maybe only type difference I can find between Leghorns and Anconas is that Leghorn sweep begins in the middle of the back and the Ancona tail begins at the end.
