She's a (much maligned) Buff Cornish. I have a trio. Not show quality, but I think there's all of one person breeding show quality Buff Cornish in the US. I love them, they're unstoppable. And that little hen is made of lead. She weighs about 9 pounds but doesn't look much bigger than my Leghorns.

I'm putting the rooster over my white production Leghorns. That makes an AMAZING meat bird!
