I read an article where a logger falling behind on production and spending too much on repairing his out dated equipment,decided to sell a shit-ton of lumber from his property to finance for a building a shed and purchasing a huge sawmill...after he got the saw mill, he was kicking ass and taking names for years.

Yes to both! I always wanted a sawmill because I was into building furniture and now all I want to do is build really large stuff. Both require lumber and I have lots of trees.
