Also soon as I get these 10 and 13 week olds sold I can get eggs if you still have extras.

Raccoon update...
Caught the two that first night. Nothing the second but a opossum the 3rd. Nothing the last couple so might of been all for now.
Very odd like the last four times I've caught raccoons it was immediately followed up with a opossum then nothing.

I think the possum is a rookie trying to get initiated into the click.

Whatever you guys use as bait in live traps, please make sure you tie or stake it down so whatever it is you're catching doesn't just get a free meal.

ETA: It also helps to put weight on the cages so they don't break out.

Well my traps where wedged under the brooder. There was mud everywhere due to the trapped coon.

I wire live traps to something pretty solid so they can't be moved about.

lol It was a nice ride. He got to listen to music, and enjoy the A/C, and I didn't even speed. Granted it was like 12:20 a.m. when I was driving. He was a good opossum. Didn't even hiss and walked right out when I opened the door.
