Well donāt go setting off my trap! Thereās like 20 flavorsā¦which one should I use? The plastic chocolate they dip them in canāt really taste all that different based on food coloringā¦I love moon pies!
Hey I once had a Nanday. Holy cr@p those things are loud and they'll d@mn near out live ya.I used to have a Nanday conure who loved moon pies.
He liked Cheerios cereal, too. He would put a toe through the hole in the center then bring his foot up and eat it off his toe.
They must have a paternal side. I know our Game roosters do. The Gamecocks will tidbit and help feed the chicks. However, when in the bachelor group the papa Sussex rooster contributed to the deaths of several juveniles and 2 hens. Literally within the span of 2 days the bachelor group literally bred 2 hens to death that had the misfortune to fly over the fence. So the whole group was on my Instant Pot list. We decided to use a couple as bait to try to catch the varmint first.I had a crazy speckled Sussex like that once. I had lots of breeds and free ranged. I didn't have a matching girl for him so just another cockerel in the yard.
He was pretty cool looking but I thought dumb as a stump. He'd always be out of the yard way out in the pasture during the day.
I knew he wasn't gonna last long but he proved me wrong and made it to adulthood.
After a while he started staying closer to the house and picked out a few girls to run with him. He was the best rooster to the ladies and often hung out taking care of babies while the females ran around not looking after them.
RIP Spot
I like putting them in the microwave and melting them a bit. The chocolate ones are the best.Well donāt go setting off my trap! Thereās like 20 flavorsā¦which one should I use? The plastic chocolate they dip them in canāt really taste all that different based on food coloringā¦

Maybe the Sussex is using the chick as replacement baitThey must have a paternal side. I know our Game roosters do. The Gamecocks will tidbit and help feed the chicks. I think the one with the chick is throwing a hail Mary to save his sorry hind-end. Perhaps he understands the grim nature of his predicament? Or maybe he is just like the rest of us and canāt resist being sweet to a tiny chick. It will be interesting to see if the chick lives. Iāve never had a motherless chick to survive on its own running free. And its too fast and too smart to catch so we will see how it goes.

Chocolate is toxic to some animals. My bird used to like the yellowish colored ones, possibly banana?Well donāt go setting off my trap! Thereās like 20 flavorsā¦which one should I use? The plastic chocolate they dip them in canāt really taste all that different based on food coloringā¦
I donāt think it matters in this case.Chocolate is toxic to some animals.
