A lot has changed in my life since my trip to South America. Priorities changed. Now I'm pretty busy with all the things I'm involved in with college, I'm in clubs, I am doing a little research (usually only 1-4 hours a week.) And I spend a couple hours each night calling my long distance boyfriend. (Met him on the trip, lol). My projects downsized. The quail and blue quail d'Anvers are still at my parents' house. I still go to poultry shows. I think until I have a place of my own where I can really control all the variables poultry is a less important part of my life. How you been? Congratulations on the BF! Sometimes chicken projects have to take a backseat in life, especially for a busy girl in college with a budding love life. Chickens will always be there when you have more time for them. I'm happy to hear you are doing well and you enjoyed your travels. A new romance is one of the most exciting times in a girl's life. Enjoy it thoroughly. Love is what makes the world go round. I am the hopeless romantic type and I am very happy for you.A lot has changed in my life since my trip to South America. Depends on which club you go to I guess. lolIs that the real chicken dance?
It's lovely but it's also frustrating because we don't get to enjoy what other couples do. But I'll be visiting him again in December!Congratulations on the BF! December will be here before you know it! I know how it is when you are in a new relationship and you can't stand being apart. When I met my husband I was 17 and he was 21. We were inseparable (still are), so my senior trip in high school was torture. Sorry for all the mushy stuff, but I understand how you feel. Being that far apart must be hard, but that will make the visits that much greater. They say absence makes the heart grow fonder. Is he planning on moving to the U.S. or is he just there traveling? It's lovely but it's also frustrating because we don't get to enjoy what other couples do. Actually, I'm visiting him. His traveling visa expired, otherwise he'd totally visit me. But we're praying the one he is applying for will get approved.December will be here before you know it!
