Mine did so I assume yours did.
Few years ago someone gifted me one. A female and the invoice that came with it had her full real name and address on it.
Really good friend so not a big deal but we both thought that wasn't smart for safety reasons. Especially for a female and with the amount of juvenile girls this site has.
I brought it up to the powers that be and was told that they could request it not be included. How would they know that or even know they'd need to request that?
Seems now they're cutting that info out before mailing. Good on them for doing so.

I made the suggestion quite a few weeks ago so it took me a while to make the connection. Or it was just a couple of weeks but I'm busy enough for it to feel like an eternity.
