The Moonshiner's Leghorns

Not requiring but offering a better store. He makes really decent money now but all he said was "way too much to say no to"
Daughter said like close to double what he makes now but you know how girls math so....
I can understand that. It wouldn’t take much to convince me to move. lol

I have not. I can't think of anything interesting for Tudy to do. I know! I'll have her bake cinnamon rolls while folding laundry with a barking dog at her side! Tomorrow maybe, I'm too busy baking and folding laundry today.
This was mine....

People have been posting years younger pictures of themselves for years online, and I don't see it changing anytime soon. Now they are using the AI to correct thier flaws to make them appear as young as they think themselves to be. Maybe they don't have any mirrors in thier houses?. I don't mind that I'm getting old, and definitely don't want to be young again and have to go through everything all over again, thank you.
Exactly. Aging is inevitable and not a bad thing.
It’s a masterpiece is what it is. 😆

@BlueBaby I wouldn’t go back to my 20s and beyond for sure. It was nothing but a struggle then, an uphill battle it felt like most of the time. I am content in my 30’s. I have decided to age gracefully and naturally the way the good Lord intended. At 36 I have a few grays and I think they are pretty. I don’t hate them at all. My husband thinks they are pretty and that is all that matters. I haven’t colored my hair in years and am embracing my natural silver as it comes in. My silver streaks come with wisdom. They are like battle scars from obstacles I have overcome, and I have earned every single one. 🥰

Toned it down on the gifts here also. Got a pitchfork from my husband and my eldest thought it was weird but I wanted one 😂.

We had a nice 45 degree today before another snowstorm with freezing rain hits. At least this year we are getting a few days reprieve every week or two so everything can melt between the storms. My chickens have a big covered area and I shovel them a walkway into the yard for those that feel extra adventurous lol.

Here’s to hoping for a short and mild winter. Been getting 2-6 eggs every day still so enough to keep us covered until they pick back up. Having a teenager in the house we do eat a lot of eggs!

Natural is way better. I'll be 70 on my next birthday. I don't feel the need to impress others.

You all are nuts. I refuse to grow old gracefully and I'd take my 20s back in a heartbeat. I going into old age kicking, scratching and biting. It's not for me. Thankfully I'm immature for my age so that helps.

Oh so you prefer the botox, frozen forehead, and fillers look? 😆

I think my husband gets more handsome as he ages. The silver coming into his beard is 😍. Being 20 is all good when you are 20. But maturing and embracing your age is all good too. Fighting it doesn’t change anything. Taking care of the body you have and staying active so you feel better and essentially younger goes a long way.
