My docs have tried to write me benzos since I was a kid for my panic disorder, but that has always been my mom's drug of choice so I was always afraid of addiction.

Music is super therapeutic for me too!

Also prolonged high doses of BZDs can produce Parkinson-like symptoms.

Our climate is listed as a "humid subtropical climate." But the winters with the central heat going are very dry so in the winter I have to add some water the sportsman. During the spring/summers I run it completely dry. Then lockdown as normal in the Genesis hatchers.

My area is classified as temperate rainforest - so very humid!

Yeah I have been having 3-4 regular ones a day or I just got two Zeros today for tomorrow. More caffeine but no sugar. Yesterday and today though I literally had three 20 oz bottles AND a large Dunkin refresher so 405mg caffeine plus however much sugar. IM SO STUPID. Way WAY too much for me. Even one or two is too much for me LOL let alone that much. I might just go cold turkey after tomorrow.

I drink a couple cups of coffee in the morning (just regular coffee I brew, with cream and sugar) but never coffee drinks and virtually never soda thee than a rare ginger ale with angostura bitters. I just never acquired a taste for it and I have enough problems with sleep as it is.

It tastes like mushrooms. People will try to tell you it tastes like coffee but that’s a lie But it is pretty sweet which is why I like it as coffee creamer

OKay, you make that sound RELLY unappealing! I like my coffee to taste like coffee.

That makes sense lol I wish I never acquired a taste for it. I HATE coffee though. But I love tea as well.
