The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

"She's isn't going to stay if I leave her here, little man." Blair mumbled, uncrossing her legs and following the group down the stairs, sticking close to Take and Kipp, Kit just behind her.
Rylie shot her one last hiss before entering the darkness of the bathroom. Laurel was pouring over the map, only lit by the stone, likely making yet another check over his work, lifting his shades so his eyes could peek out just enough to read the words, but not enough that the glowing stone could reveal their true color. Nerd. He's going to ruin his eyes that way, trying to read in pitch darkness, Kyle thought.
Laurel looked up, and Kyle could imagine him squinting through the shades that he raised slightly. Maybe he's trying to protect super sensitive night vision or something. Maybe his eyes are just ultra pale. Maybe he's just trying too hard to be cool. Or maybe he's just super scared that someone might recognize him. Kyle had wondered these things many times. “I’m about to send you all to Stonehenge now," he said to the crowd that was slowly accumulating in the darkness. "I can't go with you since I have to bring you back here."
Good for you, Kyle thought.

Lavenders heart leaped in her chest. A child! She thought, her ears perking up instantly, knowing how well she does with kids. Hopefully he isn't a judgemental brat... She prayed. but quickly pushed the thought away.
"Why are you here? Do you have some sort of special power or something? Im assuming everyone here does."
He sighed “nope. I’m smart though. I get to do year 12 mathematics” he smiled “so how old are you?”

Lavender smiled and patted him gently on the head "Being that smart certainly is a power of its own, wee one." She took her hand off his head and placed her finger on her lips and winked. "Im nineteen, about to turn twenty, but dont tell anyone. Elders always think Im a wee one like yerself."

“Wow” he smiled. “Your Scottish? That’s so COOL! My parents took my brothers to Scotland last year. I was babysat by my neighbor” he grinned

“Oh I’m their least favourite” he responded feeling sadness sweep over him “it must Be nice to have parents who care”
Lavender looked at Fred with immense pity. She wished the boy didn’t have to experience this so she patted him again. “Well they aren’t here now, put it behind you, don’t let something like that get you down!” She hoped that was the right response.

He nodded firmly “Your right. I’m going to run away. Never go back” he exclaimed

Take’s yellow scleras glowed in the dark musty basement, he stood in front of the group, waiting to be sent to Stonehenge. He never been outside California before, so he didn’t know what to expect on a totally different continent.

(I want no credit for this, I only colored it, line art is all @Rose Quartz 's work. Kyle and Rylie. :3
