The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

Cam cowered in fear as something like an explosion erupted from Take’s nose.
Burning hot fingers shoved her forth, causing her to stumble into the stairs.
He didn’t do that to anyone else. That’s what I get for trying to have some fun. She sniveled and picked herself up, slowly walking up the rest of the steps, but she could feel his yellow eyes boring into the back of her head.

Kyle was shocked out of his grumpy stupor by the knife that soared overhead.
“You ok?” Kyle asked. He stared in amazement as the canine casually extracted the knife from his hand and set it into his belt. For a vegan he has surprisingly high pain tolerance. More than me, maybe.
Due to his life being a constant bombardment of small, grabby hands squeezing the stuffing out of him or large feet smushing him or even dogs trying to rip him to pieces, or even the occasional stairs Kyle was proud to say he could endure basically anything.
I suppose I’m not totally being fair.
Kyle was mostly vegetarian himself, due to the fact that meats were generally too coarse for his tiny jaws.
Colby jumped three whole steps. Out of everything, Mr. Beck was the surprise that hadn't expected.
"I'm fine, sir," he managed through gritted teeth. The red stain seeping down his left pant leg definitely would say otherwise in better lighting.

"I know, I know, but no one's going to hurt you. She couldn't have known that that was going to scare you." Blair said softly, glancing up the stairs. Colby had hopped up the last stair into darkness that appeared to be a room, and they were being left behind.
"Come on, we don't want to get left behind," she gave him a small smile, her hand falling away from his shoulder as she started back up the stairs.
Take sighed and nodded, following after her.
“Yeah I’m fine,” Cam growled, trudging up the steps. She was still kind of scared of Take and Blair after their outburst.
Take reached Cam, climbing along side her for a bit. “Listen, I didn’t mean to do that to you, you just really triggered my phobia or whatever it is. Sorry.” He scratched his cheek, trying to sound sincere.

(I'm guessing you're referring to Kyle. Mr. Laurel is the weird guy back at the coffee shop. It would be a big twist if he was here too though.)

Fred ran to keep up with Kipp “your gonna Be ok Kipp”
(Awww.)
Kipp continues to sleep and be useless.
(He gets the strangest adventure of all and he's sleeping though it. I'm not sure if you read back, I know you missed a bit. Haddie turned in to a... rhino sized Wombat. Some kind of now extinct thing. And is carrying unconscious Kipp in her pouch.)

(You mean Beck?) It wasn’t too hard to see that the fox was hiding his pain. Rylie nudged him sympathetically.
“Do you want me to take a look at your hand?” Kyle asked. You must let me see your hand.
Take sighed and nodded, following after her.

Cam balled her hands into fists. Forgive him. And be sincere about it. Cam sure had to forgive a lot of people on this trip. I mean come on, it’s gotta be easier than dodging the traps.
Cam let out her breath and drew it in with a long gasp, leveling her voice. His apology wasn’t exactly as formal as Haddie’s but it would have to do. “Apology accepted. I suppose I am a little scary.” Her grim smile bit into her dark lip.

(Yes I read through it all)

Annie finally reached the top of the stairs and stopped to stare in amazement. It was an over grown conservatory. Vines and roses overflowed their planters, crisscrossing the floor and covering the windows. The intricate designs of the domed glass ceiling were almost hidden behind the leaves of trees that had long ago shattered the glass as the branches pushed past their designed boundaries.

"Wow!" She said in a hushed gasp, "This place is beautiful." The floor itself had become covered with compost and was now sprouting small plants of all kinds.
