-The Mythics RP-

She cleared her throat, hesitating. "I was not searching for this blind-gig set-up with a hot siren chic, alright? Alright." She raised her hands, a defensive position. "I have a history with everyone of those men frequenting the bar last night. These are my roots here, and I did not need you to drag me along into this. That is simple truth. I don't know what you're thinking."
"Interesting," Jintao furrowed his brows, "I wasn't the one sleeping. The way you were going at things, we would of never got a ship." He studied his surroundings for a second. Nautalis was nowhere to be seen. He stepped toward Tay. "For your information, I'm not looking for a date, and if that's how you see things, you're wrong."

(You guys just tell me when you want me to bring Nautalis in)

She smiled and looked away. "Can you attempt at sensibility for just a moment? You know nothing about this situation. You don't even know who I am. You don't know what I've done. You don't know, Jintao. What information were you given? Why am I expected to abide to a plan I've never agreed to?"

Jintao's shoulders sunk as he let out a sigh. "I think we know each other about as much as either of us will allow." His calm attempted its return while biting at the crushing fears that rose his anger. "This siren is for the Rebels, which I am assuming you are one, or are thinking of joining." His thoughts reminded him of the danger the siren showed should he have answered her wrong, or not at all.
"Maybe I'm wrong for expecting you to abide, but maybe I just feel like this is the best option for both of us."

"For the rebels." She scoffed. "Heavens, is that what you are?"

Jintao lost eye contact. "I am now," he said with a slight nod. "Before last night, I'm not sure what I was, except for what I was forced to be." He still wasn't sure what he was, as he still felt forced.

"This is where we split off then. Our agendas aren't remotely similar, and I've grown tired of sacrificing precious time to fit your irregular needs."
"A ship is what you wanted, isn't it?" He spun around. Everything in his life was wrong. "You're the reason why I even signed onto this."
