Yes. Unless it's a scrappy cheap crew. The slums, right? I imagine most half-decent folks would stay clear of it. But maybe Vhanya is cunning enough to look for fresh meat. Young members will have to work their way up. And if their young, they're easily influenced and guided and shaped. They'll also be broke. So they'll be forced to navigate towards the cheap bar and cheap crews.

Since she’s recently arrived in the Cove, I don’t think she has anyone currently hired as a scout. But she’s got lots of connections and some folks would probably be seeking out crew even without her asking, either to get payed or to stay on her good side.

I was thinking more like people who weren’t directly apart of the crew, but yes, Lichen is a scout.
I’m trying to think of how we can get Tay, Jin, and CreepyFishLady together with the pirate horde without having to build a time machine. Maybe the sun hasn’t reached where the tavern is yet?
