now that she KNOWS it is stolen she is to turn it over IMMEDIATELY to your daughter. or she is then responsible for the knowledge that it is stolen goods and therefor punishable for the fact that it is stolen goods.

she is now reportable if your daughter has her info and location.

Some people are unbelievable. Another BYC'er posted today that they read a local aritcle (local to the OP of that thread) that there was a car accident. An 18 year old boy was badly hurt. A passerby stopped, used the kid's cell phone to call an ambulance. Then proceeded to take $60 out of the injured kid's wallet! Oh, and the "helper" took the kid's GPS unit also.
