. If you dream it, it can happen. Your dream is very attainable. We knew what we wanted, lived on a 1/8 or less postage stamp Of a yard for several years before moving to our current place. We have friends who pay more than us (we live on 10 acres) and they live happily in burbs with small yard. It all depends on what you want, it is out there, and in a few years more affordable than you think! Never give up!
