The thing about hatching eggs from other certified farms is that you will pay a lot for the eggs, your hatch rate will not be great because of shipping and you may or may not be able to sell the chicks. People generally want sexed chicks and you will be selling straight run. Not many people want the cockerels. The way people get into selling SOP breed chicks is by raising the chickens on their farm and keeping breeding stock. Just something to chew on.
