Ah man… I love CCM!

I much prefer old Gospel. Like Johnny Cash, the Carters, Elvis Presley, Merle Haggard, etc. CCM seems very fake to me. Like the singers aren't in it to give God the glory, but rather themselves, and I feel as though the songs they sing worship the creation more than the Creator. I don't mean to offend anyone, that's just what I think. I don't care if others listen to it, I just don't really like it.

True, for the most part. I don’t have an increased love for the banjo over other instruments, but it’s a great instrument!
