Well, as far as I am aware, they compare your usage to other homes in the area, where you were this month a year ago, and where they recommend your home's usage should be.

Maybe to her place in the Mountains but it is close to one of the fires and the well has gone dry for the first time in 25 years! The drought is terrible!

On Saturday I'll be looking at a fifth wheel camper I'm excited about. Looks pretty decent from the pictures but just want to make sure there is no water damage or anything bad in person

I found a couple that I was interested that were on the cheaper side but they all had some work that needed done and some kind of water that got inside the camper. I'll have to bite the bullet and shoot some extra cash to get a decent camper which is probably the best thing to do anyway
