Good though I feel like I'm running from the law just with trying to avoid coworkers. I've been calling in cause I don't want to see my one manager just cause he freely came out to me that he has a crush on me and he calls, texts, and gets mad if I don't reply being passive aggressive saying "oh I guess I'm not good enough for a goodnight text but I guess I will see you Tuesday" like what? We aren't dating and he's just ooo it makes me anxious and uncomfortable a little. He's 23 and I just turned into a legal adult not that long ago so I don't know. I might go to the main manager/owner and tell her about it

Not to mention I'm already in a relationship so it grinds my gears when he was jealous when my bf was here. For example I scheduled time off 2 weeks in advance cause I'd be out of state for 5 days and then I was scheduled for 2 of those days anyway so then I had to leave vacation EARLY just to come back and work a shift at Pizza Hut. I worked the day after too but I couldn't cause I had to drop my bf off at the airport and I would be gone so my manager was completely mad at me acting like I'm an irresponsible adult for not coming in when I told them in advance I couldn't. Not to mention they even asked me before I left for vacation if I needed all those days and I said yes I'd be out of state.

So then he was implying I was immature and not doing the right thing but I put my stuff in 2 weeks early, I left my vacation 2 days early just so I could work, and I wasn't going to ditch my bf at the airport a whole 3 hours early just so I could go to work cause what if his plane was delayed. People.

Definitely talk to the owner Riss...he's not acting appropriately at all.

I most likely will talk to the manager himself and if he gets mad at me or starts treating me horrible at work then I'm going to the owner. I only see him as friends and if he can't handle that then I will be going to the owner and having that situated

@riss not trying to pry, but I hope you've made your parents aware of the situation. They might have some good advice for you.

Sorry you are dealing with this. It's a completely inappropriate way for anyone to act, especially in a work environment. Do talk to someone and get it sorted out.

One of our ewes was looking like she's starting to carry a bit lower today. Fingers crossed I'll have a lamb to share soon.

Unfortunately it would seem that one of our heifers has lost her calf at some point in the pregnancy. She was very hormonal and in heat today. Thankfully it's not the heifer who is everyone's favourite - her udder is growing beautifully (please let her calf be a girl so we can keep it). And there's another who has been looking very wide for quite some time now so I'm hoping her calf won't be too big. So we should have 2 calves in a couple of weeks.

Thought everyone could use a laugh too. This is our English Araucana cockerel.

He reminds me of someone but I can't put my finger on who.

It was a bit windy this day:

One of our ewes was looking like she's starting to carry a bit lower today. Fingers crossed I'll have a lamb to share soon.

Unfortunately it would seem that one of our heifers has lost her calf at some point in the pregnancy. She was very hormonal and in heat today. Thankfully it's not the heifer who is everyone's favourite - her udder is growing beautifully (please let her calf be a girl so we can keep it). And there's another who has been looking very wide for quite some time now so I'm hoping her calf won't be too big. So we should have 2 calves in a couple of weeks.

Thought everyone could use a laugh too. This is our English Araucana cockerel.

Gorgeous flowers, Mark! Our plants are looking a little frazzled, after our heat wave of the pat couple of weeks.

Start by telling this manager that his actions are making you uncomfortable. Tell him you are only interested in a working relationship. Do it in a kind, but firm way, in private, but with other people nearby. Record the conversation. If that doesn't work, it is time to go over his head, and present your evidence. In the meantime, try to work your schedule and do not respond to inappropriate texts. Keep records of all texts, calls, and conversations. Make copies to present to the owner when you speak with him, about this issue.
