Sounds good! My son puts several things on it. I don’t know how he tastes the asparagus.

I forgot the pepper, I do sprinkle some of that on it too.

Anybody ever have asparagus grow in the fall?

I think that is very unusual!

I wish I liked asparagus.

You can send them to my house!!

I like it with some olive oil, salt and broiled in the oven. Never had it any other way but DH and I like it like that.

steamed with a bit of mayo ... homemade or Hellmans/Best Foods.

Maybe because of the rain and heat combo? I don’t think they’d be edible by the time you received them.

Anybody ever have asparagus grow in the fall? I’ve only ever seen it in the spring. I picked this out of my garden today.

We dug all our potatoes today. I heard 2-4 inches of rain for tomorrow. I hope that forecast is wrong! We got 5, 5 gallon buckets. These reds were the leftover potatoes that sprouted in my basement from last years crop. Some of them have to be over a pound. You can see the standard on top verses the jumbos.
