Hey, Frin! Welcome back!

Good grief! I am so looking forward to tomorrow! Ken's been gone a couple of days again, and tonight is his last visitation of the year. As soon as their meeting is over he's heading for home and another year's worth of this is in the books! It's his last year of them, too. He did the Southwest quadrant of the state the first year, the Northwest the second year (that one was easy since that's our area anyway) and the Southeast quadrant last year. This year was the Northeast quadrant. I am so relieved! Every year the GL officers are assigned a new quadrant so that by the time they are 2 years out from Grand Master they have visited every lodge in the state. He can do them whenever he wants, but every year he tries to get them done before the weather gets iffy. I will be so glad to hear that car door shut around 1 am.

I bet you will be glad to hear that car door shut! Wow, that's a lot of traveling...this is a big ol open state we live in. Smart man to get it done before the weather turns.

Well, just came back from a 2 month BYC break, bunch of family stuff going on :/ how are you?

It's nice to have you back with us! Hope all is ok with the family stuff.

I'm in the 2nd week of enjoying my semi-retirement from working at the golf course all summer. A bit more to do there and then I'm an official recluse, snug in my shabby little house. Yay!

Do you have any plans for doing anything this Fall or just relaxing and enjoying yourself?

We moved here this spring and I'm still unpacking boxes. Need to get some curtains up. Gotta re-do the kitchen so at least it will have a tiny bit of storage space. My 2 cats need some attention. Books to read, movies to watch, naps to take.

You know...a full workload, lol.
