Is there ever a time when there AREN'T employee issues at the course?

It should be closing soon, right? Then DH can hang around with you.

The golf course is closed to the public for the year but there are winter prep chores to do and that's what he needs those 2 people for. If they can be bothered to show up that is.

Employee issues are a constant fact of life at the course.

Seriously, I worked MHMR (mental health and mental retardation- no longer politically correct but not sure what it's called now) for a few years. It is stressful working with people who have very little impulse control and little, to no, empathy or respect for others.

Thanks Janie. True stories! I will hang in there. They want someone trained in so when her Para is gone she has someone familiar to be with her. (She also likes to flip the bird😣)I sure hope her Para doesn’t miss too many more days. I do enjoy this job. I like the structure and the kids.

Thanks Debby! Tomorrow is a 3 hour early out and no school Monday. I get to do the TGIF thing again:D

My brother called me last night. We have not talked since my mom died in April of 2014. I did nothing wrong. He lost a 16 year old child in a car accident 12 years ago and it devastated his family and he broke away from everybody except our one sister. I think she said something to him a couple weeks ago as she was at his daughters wedding. She was the only one invited. Anyway…he got his pilots license and is flying in on Saturday. I will get to meet his wife. They only live 3.5 hours or so from here and rented a plane for a few hours.

Losing a child like that would change a person's world. Hope the meeting goes well DMC.
