The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

If I'm feeling up to the ride, which isn't far, we're going to our son's and daughter in law. My son and daughter in law here will be taking me. They have 8 kids. One not living at home now. Most are older. A very calm family. They were just here last Sunday. Got photos.. have to share don't ya know. :) The young man I'm sitting next to left for a mission in Mexico the next day.

Thank you, and that's not even the half of them. lol .. we have a large mixed family, but they are all mine. He treated my children as his own also. Not everyone was quite sure how this would work out back in "92", but they sure love each other now. The Worwood "Brady Bunch".

It's nice you and your husband found a way of making it work for everyone. That must be fun to have such a large family.

Thanksgiving is less than a week away, what do you all have planned?

DH will be here and we'll be making a traditional dinner. No football thankfully! And no Black Friday shopping for us.
Hi Debby, traditional here too with a few family members. My BIL is making the turkey…he can’t cook:th My sister has always done that and they were always delicious.

Everyone has their first time with turkey DMC, maybe BIL will surprise you with a tasty bird.

I remember the first time I roasted a turkey. I had no idea there were "prizes" stuffed inside the bird. Imagine the surprise when we found baked bags of giblets inside the carcass. :gig
