Morning Sue, your brother sounds like he was a wonderful guy.

Dad was in Dayton for the last 3 years of working for Armco. Prior to that he was in Iowa, Kansas and then Colorado. Wouldn't that be something if they did cross paths in Ohio?

Good morning!
It sounds fun! I haven't done one since I was a kid. I just remember it falling apart  the glue gun for the house is genius.

:hugs that's rough to go through :( :hugs

Morning Mad, you better get to the store and get your dinner supplies! The closer to Thursday, the crazier the stores get.

Some gingerbread kits include 3 or 4 little houses. If you got something like that you could glue them together and then your kids do the decorating work. :D

Mad, if I could mooove my mil and my dh apart, the day would get off to a better start. Lol. Oil and water!

Oil and water...that's part of the holiday traditions right? (Or is that just in my family?)

Thank you for sharing. He sounds like he was a really genuine good person @Grammy60 💜

Thats cool, I love coincidences like that.
I thought he was , but I'm biased.😉

I'm going to check and see what years he worked there from my niece. We know Carl was working there when we were in Germany.
