That's what I need...some bovine therapy

I just went out to toss a handful of sunflower seeds to the chickens. None of them were on the roost, they all came piling out of a single nesting box. 5 full grown hens tumbling out of one box...it looked like clowns falling out of a mini car.

being the first one to peck at the seeds is a big deal.

Depends on what you want riss. I got white layers from California Hatchery that look like smaller versions of Pekins. The rest all seem to be pretty much the same. There are great stories and bad stories about them all.

I am looking for call ducks as one of the breeds I would like but have a hard time finding them

I've heard good things about Meyer's hatchery and Hoover's as well. But IM is right, buyers have good & bad to say about all of them depending on their experience.

I haven't checked out Meyer yet. I've seen Metzer which doesn't look too bad. I know when I looked at Hoover I read something about a minimum of 10-15 and that's a lot more than I want

Awe that sounds so much fun and chill!
It was a busy one this year but it was really nice. We bought the boys their first Polaroid camera and they loved it.

Oh fun!! My kids loved those when they were little. Instant gratification

Food was very very good..I'm sure.

Yes! Everything turned out well and timing was spot on.

My Oldest DD said I should not be surprised with all the practice I have.

I was Social committee chairman for our church for 10 years and put on some very big events.
