Thank you, me too! Always wanted one as a kid but because of their high maintenance I never thought i would own one. We got quite lucky with her, too.

^^^^I'm constantly finding ways to husky-proof but she found a spot to dig. Shes a tripawd but she can take large rocks out and dig like it's no ones business I swear, I think she would be much trouble if she had all 4 legs because she gets bored easily.

It's so funny to watch her on walks with Shadow because she doesn't like him in front of her but, hes quicker. When shes in front of him, she's content like, "I'm lead dog" at least that's what goes in my head.

Hi Marie! Life is teaching me new lessons. I was in a small accident yesterday on my way to pick up the kids from school. It wasnt my fault and thankfully everyone was okay. Driver behind me admitted fault, his foot was asleep. Crazy how minor accidents can still jolt you. I hope insurance gets figured out because I cannot afford the repairs. I've already been considering some life changes but this situation definitely adds on the pressure.
Funny, not even 10 miles before the accident, a huge rock hit my windshield leaving a good crack in it scared the crap out if me!
Last night my husband was telling me our youngest sons reaction and he was upset because yesterday morning he was extra clingy dropping him off at school saying "I dont want anything bad to happen to you", which I completely forgot about until DH telling me. That freaked me out more than anything.
So that's what's new with me

Always wanted one too and saw myself with two at a time ironically enough pictured myself with a white one and a black with white and that's what I ended up with. Amazing how stuff like that falls in your lap especially when you're not looking. Found my crew at my work when they came into the shelter!

Seriously!! We got Shadow for free from the shelter, on a whim; got Stella (as a friend for Shadow) for $50 on craigslist. Both AMAZING dogs. Someone offered DH $1000 for Shadow. I'm like, uh....no, hes ours and hes priceless.
