The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Good morning everyone!

Yesterday I kept thinking it was Tuesday so I guess I get to have 2 of them this week.

I've done the same on a Sunday thinking it was Monday. This never happened to me until lockdown

It's been fabulous having the baby! He's cute beyond words. I still can't pronounce his name, and neither can anyone else. Zeandarricah
We just call him Z.
My niece went missing. She didn't show up to get her kids from the babysitter, and her phone was found on the side of the road. After several terrifying days she was found safe. Her ex boyfriend had kidnapped her and was holding her in a canyon near here. Now she's home safe, and he's in jail.
DD2 is in the hospital. She was feeling incredibly light headed so she went to urgent care. They discovered she had an ectopic pregnancy that had ruptured, and she was bleeding internally. They did emergency surgery and she should be fine. She has to stay in the hospital for a few days though, because she lost over 2 liters of blood and they want to monitor her. I have her 5 kids while she's in the hospital.
So everything is good, but at times... my life feels like a poorly written movie of the week.

I want you to know our prayers are with you and yours. I know how you feel at times. Always remember the good Lord is with you through the course. life is good if you don't weaken. We can only try to laugh in the face of danger, it sooths the soul.
