Chris, strange holiday but it is nice to have those indoor thrones, lol.

Today we continue our search for a humidifier. The air out here is dry anyway and once the heat came on, it got worse. The static electricity is crazy...DH touched the tv 2 days ago and zapped it so good it fried. 

It was pretty for a short time now it can go away. My chickens dispise it. Sorry you fried your tv. My dehumidifier is still running in the basement...I've never had to use a humidifier.

Well, our daughter had a great party. (Man, that family is loud !) Her husband really surprised her with all of these arrangements. We have the pugs. Princess left the laundry room door open, and Rocky made a bee line for our bathroom and peed on the floor. This after I had walked them for 5 minutes - not long I know, but it's snowing.

Sour, sorry about the pug mess...aggravating I'm sure. Glad your DD enjoyed the party and surprises.

DH found 2 humidifiers yesterday. We now have a small one in the bedroom and a large one in the living room and it has helped a lot already.

Ah, pancakes for breakfast this morning. A good Sunday treat! And DH has already started on tonight's chili so life is good

Standard operating procedure for the pigs. Took them out for their 'last call' pee last night and had a major slip and fall in the snow. It was my fault - I only wore a pair of loafers instead of boots. Banged the heck out of my left hip, pelvis, and lower back, but everything is working this morning - just a little sore.

Those pugs are evil, I bet they dragged you out in your loafers on purpose! I think you need that cruise more than ever now sour!

Debby, that family is LOUD. Last night it was daughter and SIL, their 3 kids and 'dates', SIL's mother and stepfather, daughter's college roommate, their neighbor and 2 kids - bedlam.

I was smart enough to leave my hearing device home. I doubt that I could handle a week with that crew.
