Good morning everyone! Lots to do today….the kids and grands will be here for Easter dinner after all. In our family, it’s not spring until I make my macaroni salad, and that’s better the second day. So today I’ll make that, the brioche buns, and the spice cake. In between the cooking, I need to clean out the fridge. I also need to work on my entry for the Edible Easter contest. I’m not mopping floors until the last minute….darned dogs and muddy feet!!

I’m happier in the kitchen than any other place, Debby. It’s always been that way, no matter where we lived, but in this house the kitchen incites you in and makes you too comfortable to ever want to leave.

Hi Marie, did you and the pup make it out of the dog show as free citizens?

We had too leave early, he got stressed out because he couldn't stay near his most loved friends and the crowds of people and heat wore him out. Nevertheless he had a ball and came home weak and very tired then after a couple of hours of sleep he was back too his old self, so all in all a lovely day
