Hello everyone I hope you're all well.

Excuse my absence. The work has not yet begun but yet again another un-arranged inspection came this morning before I was dressed or organised after I had written too ask for an afternoon appointment and a date. It was so demoralising and only too tell me they will be changing the kitchen and flooring in two years :th

I made the most of this disrespectful invasion of my privacy by asking them to please change the air fan extractors that are non functioning as they have never worked correctly since I have been here they only drag in foul odours from outside :old I always try to make the best of a bad or awkward situation ;)

However there's too be another inspection on this 70 plus year old roof, for asbestos and this rickety rendering on this property 🤞they will eventually do this roof and walls hopefully this year probably when they have sent out another load of inspectors too write on their books. I would love their job, not. I couldn't live with myself conning people this way
