Good morning all! I’ve been baking up a storm. I did 2 pans of lemon bars for a graduation and 13 dozen full size cupcakes for another. I started yesterday and just finished up. Of course it’s hot and humid out so I had to turn on the air. I hope my frostings hold up as the one party is outside in a garage.

I go once a week on any day I can get a lift home because that's a real challenge around these parts but I really enjoy getting out to the shops

I feel blessed because one of my girlfriends now picks me up . She's a real little love

Shopping was ok yesterday!

I made yogurt and sourdough bread today. I also have a batch of chocolate chip cookie dough formed into rounds chilling on a cookie sheet in the freezer. I will move them to a gallon storage bag and keep them frozen for baking a couple at a time.
