Cluttered and out of place is the MO here, sadly.

Doing fine, DW got Covid on the 6th, I came down with it on the 8th. I've not had any symptoms since the afternoon of the 10th but still tested positive on the rapid test yesterday. She went back to work today after getting a negative test on Wednesday.

I hope you guys didn’t get too sick.
I am still dealing with the smells and tastes being off. Some smells are really bad.

Good morning Bruce. :frow

The AC did well yesterday!

I am not looking forward to the bill though
Omgoodness... my bill was $667 😬 that's not including this week 😑
I'm glad our electricity is not as expensive as y'alls. We still keep the thermostat set at 78 to 79, but we know we can afford to turn it down. That makes it bearable. Like knowing it will only be 91 to 97 next week, is making this week bearable.
I was keeping the air at 75 but the bill is so high. And we've had to run the pool pump more due to the green algae.
Definitely looking forward to the 95° on Wednesday.

I'm about 1,000 pages behind everyones news, looking forward to catching up with all of it.

As for me, here's a short recap:
- the moving company was the pits to deal with, never again!
- my son stayed with me through everything and was so much help
- the Casper house sale was completed Wednesday
- I had a medical issue that put me in the hospital a couple weeks ago, feeling lots better now
- life is getting back to normal!
Good mooooorning Debby!! I am glad you're doing better, and that your son stayed and helped. He sounds like a good son :)
:hugs

The first emoji was a mistake that I cannot delete

It's pouring with rain again here
Even Mother Nature screws up on deliveries! That rain should be here.🤣

Good morning, Mad 🦋
Ours isn't so much the cost, as we are worried about rolling blackouts and don't want the pets to get too dependent on the cooler air. Especially Brewster, as he has the European boxer nose. Our utility bills have gone up, but not that much.

Oh my gosh! It costs us somewhere between $75 and $100 extra a month with the central air on.
