The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Hey @Teila ! I hear you on the tree thing. We have an artificial tree that we set up a couple days ago but before putting ornaments on, we left it bare to see what the kitty posse would do. So far, they haven't bothered it. Not sure that will last once the shiny, dangly stuff is added

It's definitely the year for only setting out non-breakable decorations!

Tee hee N F C our little 6 year old kitty who still thinks she is a kitten walks around the place “mine, mine, mine and yep, that is mine also”. If we open a cupboard “ah, so that is where you have been hiding all my stuff” and if we do not open a cupboard, she will open it herself and check that all her belongings have not been tampered with

Yep, this year plastic, but next year you can put the plastic or non-breakables low and be ok.

But don't us tinsel - we had one cat who ate it and had to pull it outta her bum

Re: the last one - I guess there's also a fine line between coming to terms with a receding hairline and looking like someone wearing s mack, with a puppy in one hand and bag of candy in the other

Hey Ken, no more bald or receding hair jokes....you are handsome no matter what

.

I am concerned tho - Dottie started crowing about 6 months before she died - research suggested likely an ovarian tumor which causes virilization in hens.

But this time, I think RR is crowing to get that lazy, sleeps too late Lillie to come out of the coop

so she won't be alone, awake in the run?

Pip is the devil about opening cabinets and doors. There is no longer any such thing as privacy in the bathroom. And she loves water so if you're in there taking a shower, she barges in, jumps on the tub edge watching & waiting until you're done so she can jump in the tub to play around. She is a bit strange, lol.

No, no, no...definitely no tinsel!

Have you considered bottling and selling it under a specialty label ?
