Yes!! We saw the neighbors drive by yesterday and waited for them to get to the highway. They didn’t make it. Hubby went and got the skid steer and shovel and son went along and got them dug out. His wife was very grateful. She is going to put my phone number in her phone now. I was glad to see they turned around and went home. Her hubby is mid 80’s and stubborn.

It's dangerous enough for younger, stronger people to try driving in all that snow. That could have ended badly for your neighbors...thank goodness for you & your DH!

We haven't started - yet. Today is start day. Grand daughter is arriving here this afternoon (with her two cats) on her way home from college. She wants to learn how/help with the cookie making. We'll be busy.

Yes! They kept asking over and over if it was this weekend. 🗓 I had to color the date squares all fancy for them to visualize it on the calendar. It is exciting though. We painted yesterday. While I painted something for my godmother, they painted Christmas ornaments. If I remember, I'll get a picture.
