I saw a copy cat recipe for Mr. Heroes Mayo, it used butter instead of oil but that's all I know. Never tried it.

Sounds interesting. I might look that up. I use something similar to make a fish sauce, for oven baked catfish sometimes.

This is about twenty miles from us. I hate the park is closing. It is a haven for bald eagles. I hope it doesn't mean that we will become the eagles home of choice! We see them pretty often now. And while I love seeing them, I don't like them lurking around my flock!
I'm assuming this new venture would raise our property values, but I'd rather have privacy. I understand there is some talk about building a new lake near us too.

I use a lot of wholesome Yum recipes and they have all been excellent.

I was looking around there a bit, there are a few I want to try!

It was very windy here yesterday. We desperately need to get out and pick up debris from storms, but between rain and wind it's not getting done. We still have deep mud in most of the yard. Today doesn't look as windy, but we have a severe storm warning from 6 to 6.

We had wind, hail and thunderstorms yesterday afternoon. Nothing will get picked up until tomorrow, it’s too muddy out here too.

No school today.
