Mine is smooth, not crumbly at all. :confused: I have some of the lotion stuff in the tube too, but haven't tried it yet.

Good to know, maybe I’ll try it again. I have a tangerine deodorant sampler too and I like it quite a bit.

Yeah, I shower at night and put deodorant on in the morning. If you shower before work dry your pits well before you put it on. You literally need a drop the size of a pea for each pit.
