Had to ask since you mentioned it. Igor thought it was rude that biden didn’t attend. I said we ditched the crown more than 200 years ago, who cares? I haven’t ever seen heads of state from other countries come to an inauguration.

From the snippet I read, our Presidents have never attended a coronation. But because I don't care either, I didn't read much about the whole she-bang.

One tidbit I got a laugh out of: The women didn't wear their crowns or tiaras because the ceremony was modest. Modest all the way to a tune of over 100 million dollars. If that's modest, I want to know what over the top means to some people.

It looks like another rainy day for us. I cleaned the coops, filled waterers, and gave them just enough feed to last today...I don't want to throw out wet feed, if the wind blows rain into the run.

I have a hen sitting on 6 eggs that will probably start hatching today. And her sister has just gotten her 4 week old babies on the roost.

Good morning all. And I mean everyone. I can't do the quote hellos. Going to try and plant some starts of veggies I've had in my window for a while now waiting for better weather. Not going in the ground yet..bugs will have them chomped down by morning, so they'll get a bit bigger in a big container outside first. Yellow and green squash. I did have some sunflowers in the window. They are planted outside because that area doesn't get the bugs like the other area. So hopefully my head cooperates. I also need to spray for weeds in my rocks I had put down in place of grass on the strip by the road in front and the side of our house..more parking for family visits.

Thanks everyone!!! The hat is one of my faves lol this color Crocs is called Juice but they do have other shades of pink I think. I just like the bright colors lol I also have the pepper red and lemon yellow and a blue pair.

Does anyone like hummus? I bought Marketside classic hummus and added some garlic and olive oil to it. OMG, so good! I can see using it as a spread for veggie wraps in summer Super good on almond flour crackers and with raw cauliflower.
