We got lucky. The Princess knew that I hadn't eaten yet that day, and she said "we should stop and eat - we are not going to make it." I said, "We have to try." Trust me - that was a role reversal.

The kids enjoyed it. They were pretty good and mostly quiet. We had the kindergarten and 1st grade together. This lady would make an excellent teacher.

My mom has been teaching me the bookkeeping for my uncle's business. She's his bookkeeper but he's expanding and yet she still has another full-time job so, it's been a lot on her. Since they use QuickBooks, I'm going to take another class in August to learn how to use the program.
They're very flexible so this is the perfect opportunity to have a side job AND still be there for the kids when I need to be.
I can't believe I've been a SAHM for 14 years.

That is so cool, you get a skill and a job and can still be at home. I understand how important that is, I was fortunate to be a SAHM for about that long, then when I worked I was able to arrange my hours around when the kids were in school. Super happy I did that!

Not as lazy as I! I don't even use the Keurig any longer.
I buy the liquid Java house cold brew pods. I just pour them in a glass, add some water, some ice, and a spoon full of cream.
I win!

I shake, then pour mine into an glass and don’t add anything else. I win!
