Got that taken care of. This morning I need to go to town and buy some rice so that I can make a batch of stuffed peppers this afternoon.

Those sound good! I haven't done much cooking since moving (a lot of my cookware is still in storage), but I could whip up a batch of stuffed peppers. Thanks for the idea!

My son’s girlfriend brought stuffed green, orange, red and yellow peppers the other night. She used taco meat mixed with cream cheese and shredded cheese. They were good.

Those peppers sound good, it was nice of the girlfriend to bring them for dinner.

Good morning all. Been out for a bit. Hope everyone is doing OK. We've been having thunder storms in the evenings. This photo of yesterday's clouds, more covered this morning. I'll take pic. Supposed to have a few more days like this. The first thunderstorm dumped! I don't mind a good rain every now and again..I don't have to water. Have a great day! Second photo I just took, from my comfy spot while my head stabilizes.

Looks good! My garden is just getting started. Snowed until later March..wait..even got a bit at the beginning if this month. Hey, wanted to ask..is your name Jane? I don't hear it often these days. That's what my kids named their baby girl. Jane Cynthia..she got my name for her middle name.
