Honestly, the warm air thing was the worst of it, but only a little nausea when I left. Didn’t like that booth thing with my eyes closed either lol.

I’ve had a lot of the symptoms for a long time and just figured it’s how my body is Having a diagnosis will help with work though.

This morning there was an article that Chicago had the worst air quality in the world right now due to the Canadian fires. That's a record I'm sure they don't want!

DD1 is at the Theatre on Ice Nationals in Fraser. MI. The AQI is 218 today "very unhealthy". No avoiding exercise when you have to compete! Hopefully the air inside the ice arena is cleaner than the outside stuff.
