Well the last one we sliced into strips and cooked it on the grill with onions, olive oil, salt and pepper, in foil and it was delicious 😍 usually I just slice it the round way and sauté in olive oil in my skillet. But I haven’t tried the homegrown ones that last way yet.

I like it sautéed in olive oil with a little garlic. Hubs likes fritters with a little green onion in them.
