Woo, it’s muggy outside! There are storms in the valley but none near us. I saw lightning when I went to open the coop, I think Mother Nature is trying to torture us with hope.

There is a new shed just built in the last 2 weeks right outside Appleton. It’s a lot bigger then ours and it’s almost complete. It’s a local contractor so no travel time but still.
They did show up today so

I was looking at food dehydrators today on Amazon. Mine is still working great, it’s an old model with a simple switch to turn it off/on and a dial for the temp. Everything these days is digital and all fancy. I also looked at freeze dryers, really wish the cost of those machines would come down some!
